Priced after a scope conversation. What the plan covers moves the number enough that a published figure would be wrong for most teams.

An editorial read of patient-facing material you've already written. I mark the places where a timeline, a claim, or a source won't hold up when your clinical reviewer gets to it, and I write a short memo on the patterns worth fixing at the process level instead of piece by piece.

Best for teams whose patient-facing material is written in-house, and who'd rather find the problems before a reader does.

• Line-level markup: recovery timelines, unsupported claims, missing or incorrect disclaimers, weak or outdated sources
• Citations checked against the sentences they support, not just for whether they exist
• A short memo on the patterns rather than the one-offs

This is the smallest way to start, and sometimes it's the right one.

I answer patients' questions before surgery, make sure everyone has a safe discharge plan, and handle the full discharge for people going home the same day: the education, the medications, the equipment, getting them up on their feet the first time. Then I take the calls that come after.
